Hello everyone,

My name is Onyinye Fafi Obi. This is my first post on this website and I shall be guest-contributing on my life as a fashion stylist.

Recently, I styled a shoot featuring TV personality, Yvonne “Vixen” Ekwere. Factors like body type, complexion, body flaws et al have got to be considered when styling a Personality and would determine what pieces to pull from the designers while still sticking to the theme at hand.

The shoot is a feature to highlight Yvonne’s recent humanitarian duties and I named the shoot “rural ambience”. Yvonne donned a variety of seasonal looks including retro, bohemian, classy evening inspired pieces from Nigerian labels including House 38, Wana Sambo and MOOFA. I also had to ensure that hair and make-up also flowed with the theme.
